You can taste the love and pride in the food ,,Oxtail plate amazing ,, coconut shrimp yumm, beef patties taste exceptional,, jerk pork has so much flavor .. going to have dinner with whole family this week . Also gonna get them to cater my birthday . Recently moved from Florida and have been looking for a good Caribbean restaurant. My family of four had a delicious lunch. Oxtail, brown stew chicken, jerk chicken, and curried goat (all amazing). We were greeted warmly and given a sample of the fresh juice options - both yummy. We would have liked to have tried a dessert but we were too full. Highly recommend to anyone. My family and I will be back!
Everyone here is so kind and I love the atmosphere. I’ve never been to the Caribbean so don’t have anything to compare it to but I keep going back for the Rasta pasta with jerk chicken. It has some spicy to it and is just right for those of us who enjoy spicy flavors that don’t burn going down. Spoke with some local friends that have traveled to the Caribbean that said every part has different flavors and agreed Caribbean Fusion is delicious authentic flavors from the islands.
We loved the atmosphere of this great restaurant! The owners were so nice and checked in on us several times. I had the goat curry and it was fabulous! Everything tasted very fresh and made from scratch. It is a must try place.
Loved loved loved the food. This is my first time ordering from here. The service was friendly, and the portions are pretty large. I got the whole fried red snapper, which was just delicious. Husbandntried the chicken curry, and he was blown away by how well seasoned and prepared everything was. The beef patty was crispy and had a great egg wash shine to it. The content of the patty was flavorful. It wasn't spicy, but I think that was to appeal to more spice intolerant customers. The to go orders were packaged well. I will most definitely order from here again!
The food was delicious, authentic and hot from the kitchen. The restaurant was very clean. The fresh juice was on point and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The food portions were perfect. I had the pork. Will be going back!
First time at Caribean Fusion We each had a different meal…goat curry , oxtail, jerk chicken and stew, along with desserts….pineapple tart, coconut rum bread pudding and fruitcake!!! Everything was delicious! If you haven’t been there or haven’t tried caribean flavors you need to stop in… Don’t just drive by anymore Friendly welcoming atmosphere with great food Thank you!!!!
We live about a mile away and have driven past this place so many times. Finally decided to try it and did not regret it! Oxtail plate, Jerk Chicken, and their house made juice - everything was on point! So much flavor. Will definitely be back!
